Meet the Team
Rory Bebbington – CEO: Welcome to Fabric Staffing’s website, we are excited to have you here! I established Fabric in 2016 with a vision of creating a business that helps companies grow to scale without the hassle of large fees, while creating a more secure/stable work environment for recruiters. I was born in London and moved to LA in 2009, I now reside in Austin Texas with my amazing wife Ange, and two perfect puppies (Hazel & Trixie).
Tom Callahan – COO: Thanks for checking out our website, I am the COO here at Fabric Staffing. I’ve been with Fabric since January 2017 as the first employee hired on the recruiting team. I received extensive one-on-one training from Rory and was able to kickstart a career in recruiting – failing, learning, and succeeding along the way. I grew up in the Chicago area, and currently reside in Oakland, CA. I perform comedy on the side, and love traveling in my campervan #vanlife.
Siriana Dickens-Cole – Tech Sourcer: Hi, I’m Siraina! I’m one of the newest Technical Sourcers on the Fabric team. I live in Illinois and am making the move to Chicago soon. I love yoga, Netflix, and playing with my dog, Bella. You can catch me with a vanilla matcha latte or iced sweet tea in hand most of the time.
Genevieve Garcia – Tech Recruiter: Hey, Genevieve here, I am a Technical Recruiter here at Fabric Staffing. I am a pizza-loving Chicago native, I hold a BS from Northwestern University, and I love opportunities to make new friends and connect with people through recruiting. I utilize my creative background as a professional dancer and choreographer to hone skills in strategy, entrepreneurship, and creative problem solving, and also enjoy wearing several hats within various tech startups. I leverage my background and continue to grow within Fabric thanks to excellent mentors within the Fabric, brilliant business partners at client companies, and stellar candidates.
Marissa Mata – Senior Tech Recruiter: Nice to meet you! I am a Sr. Technical Recruiter here at Fabric Staffing. I spent most of my early career in retail management before making the transition to recruiting in 2021. Through rigorous training and strong mentorship from a talented team of recruiters, I was able to work my way up from Sourcer to Sr. Recruiter in less than a year. Now I manage multiple clients and am near to completing my first year with Fabric. I am looking forward to the future with Fabric! I was born and raised in San Diego before moving to Los Angeles over a decade ago. I currently live in the West Hollywood area with my husband, Chris, and our rescue dog, Mookie. I love live music, traveling, and deli sandwiches.
Todd O’Neil – Recruiting Manager: Heyyo, I am a Recruiting Manager here at Fabric, with over 12 years experience in recruiting within the tech vertical. My career has focused on searches from C-level executives, Dir/VP of Engineering, Product, Marketing, and HR with VC-backed companies nationwide. Recently, I have led executive searches for companies such as System1 (Engineering, Product) and Twitter (Product). Prior, Todd was a Senior Recruiter with V3 Talent Partners, a search firm that recruited early-stage startups with a focus on Engineering, Product, and internal Sales and Marketing. I am a Boston native and graduated from American International College where I played Division 1 hockey. I now call Santa Monica home and am still a big fan of all Boston sports teams. When not working you can find me at the beach, exploring LA’s restaurants, or enjoying some red wine.
Sebastian (Seb) Rinde – Director of Marketing: Hey there! I am the Director of Marketing and became a member of the Fabric Fam in 2019. I am originally from Washington State and served 6 years in the Marine Corps Reserve, three of those years in the IMA where I spent most of my time in Okinawa, Japan. I moved to LA in 2014, and when I was off military orders, I held a few odd jobs working as a bicycle courier, personal trainer, and eventually found myself in marketing. Currently, I live with my gorgeous wife Katie, 2 dogs (Thane & Jack), and 2 cats (Emery & Sipho) in our beautiful bungalow in San Pedro, CA. My hobbies include reading, writing, archery, camping/anything outdoors, riding my Harley, and traveling abroad.
